Whoa! We have officially been open for ONE WEEK. This is a big deal deal. I wasn't sure what to expect during my first week of operation but so far, it's been a success! Thank you!
Every week, I hope to have new items to post and review for you. You might like every thing, you might hate everything. I really encourage you to send me feedback. Please, send me feedback. I want to buy items and stock the store full of things you want to see in your own closet. If you see a trend that I haven't posted about, if you see a price better on another site; please let me know. After all, I'm doing this by myself. I'm going to make mistakes. I'm going to be slow some weeks on adding inventory. I'm going to miss trends and popular items, so hey, help a girl out!
The most popular item this week has been this utility vest.
This might be the first thing I need to restock, and it should be. It's the perfect utility vest. I have to admit, I purchased this because I had been on the hunt for the right utility vest for awhile and wasn't finding anything I liked. It's lined with a light faux fur, it has a zipper, buttons, and string ties to make the vest fit you. It can really be paired with anything: a plain top, like the one I have on here, a dress, a sweater, really anything. As of writing this, I only have ONE left. It is really cool for me as a new business owner to almost sell out of an item. I must be doing something right?!
My next favorite item from this week: this oversize colorblock tunic. This, like the vest, was a selfish purchase: I wanted it for myself. I had wore this on Monday, and I was just getting back into town from a weekend in Los Angeles. As soon as I put it on, I had wished I had it while traveling. It's oversized, has such soft fabric, and doesn't require a lot of effort (as you can tell from the top knot.) I actually thought about stealing the small for myself, but liked how the medium fit better. This checks in at 95% rayon and 5% spandex.
I know this tie sleeve top looks black in this picture (again, I take all of my own pics) but it's really the most pretty hunter green color. The sleeves are by far, my favorite part. They hit in the right place, weren't too much, and the ties didn't seem to get in my way during the day. It wasn't until a couple orders on this came through, that I decided to try it on. Again, now I have to keep it for myself! But I did say in an earlier blog post, that I wouldn't buy anything I wouldn't wear. Pair this top with a sparkly statement necklace and you have a great holiday outfit. This top checks in at 96% polyester and 4% spandex.
